Small and Medium Enterprise Foundation (SMEF) has built the mobile app for Credit Wholesaling Operation and Management System for Monitoring their disbursed loans as a Free app. This SERVICE provided by this app is at no cost and intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

Types of Users

The users of this app are divided into Two (02) types –

1. SMEF Users – will use the app for official purposes such as: Agreement, Repayment Schedule, Recovery Schedule as per EMI, Reporting and getting field level updates
2. Partner Financial Institutes (PFI) – will use this app for Entrepreneur onboarding and reporting of their works

You will be asked to give permission on your phone (location, camera, media, file) when you go to attach any supporting document (if any). We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at DPHE unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
